The advent of electronic communications has provided the global populace with access to a burgeoning network of unfolding new social contract paradigms - and, it is now beyond being stopped ... humankind will evolve as a new, universal species throughout the balance of this 21st century. And, within the first two decades of the next century, there will be a viable global governance network that functions as one; where both Earth's environmental integrity; and, space explorations will enjoy the benefits that are accessed through the new intellectual pathways within the brain - an ethical foundation not yet in place; but, one perceived of more than 3000 years ago. And, this is good.
